Power of the Mind ~Shakespeare

Thinking“There is nothing either good or bad,
but thinking makes it so.”

– William Shakespeare, “Hamlet”

Shakespeare also believed that “perception is reality.” We create our own experiences; our own experience of life, through our thoughts.

Don’t like what’s going on in your life? Change how you think about things.

Leo Babauta from the popular Zen Habits has also recently mentioned this quote from Shakespeare. Read his take on it here.

@Annabel The world certainly could do with a bit more positivity! Thank you for commenting.

  3. What a great quote! Shakespeare was definitely a very psychology-oriented person and this is a good piece of advice.
